A gripping, unsettling story that lingers long after the final line. Born Again explores identity, memory, and morality with real depth, pulling you into Cal’s fractured world from the very first paragraph. The concept is chillingly believable, and the slow reveal of the truth is handled with precision and tension. Thought-provoking, dark, and emotionally powerful—this is a story that asks difficult questions and refuses easy answers. Brilliantly done.

Thank you very much Colin. I appreciate your comments as I hold you and your work in high regard. I only wish I were as prolific as you! My imagination is a sluggard.

Hey Douglas, a gruesome and interesting tale, which resounds with me on a personal level.......

Last October I was called to my brothers bedside in Chester, England. He was dying. During those sad days I had a stroke from which I have partially recovered, ie;- physically I'm ok but still weak, but like Cal / George I am having issues with my memory.

I trust that there will be more to his (and my own) story yet to savour ........ 🙏🌄

Maurice! That is terrible news. I can be thankful, though, that you are recovering. I do hope that no other character decides to emerge. Please do keep in touch and let me know how you are progressing. Lynette sends her love and best wishes. Take care and we hope to hear a positive report soon.
